About Us

Deb Mullens is the founder of Daughter of the King Ministries, Inc. A non-profit, 501(c)3 organization in Morgantown, West Virginia. Deb is a woman who has seen God’s grace in all stages of her life. She believes every person has a soul teeming with giftings, talents and abilities and strives in her ministry to help people of all ages unlock these God-given attributes to have a spiritually healthy, positive life-style. Her mission is to love God with all her heart, soul, mind and strength and to impact others to do the same. She desires to be a Christian role model and leader to her family and community.

She has served her community well in many ways: 
Was involved in directing The Living Room, a Christian homeless shelter, for 10 years; co-directed the Upward sports program alongside her husband for 7+ years; served on the Board of Fellowship of Christian Athletes at WVU for 6 years; organized #reality and #parentsreality for the children and parents in Monongalia County as a prevention education outlet; served as the Faith Outreach Coordinator for the Healthy Grandfamilies program; served as a leader for the Youth Prayer Initiative for the Will Graham Celebration in April 2022; currently serve with the WV Prevention Solutions coalition where she is the presenter for HIPS (Hidden In Plain Sight), a prevention education exhibit, for Monongalia County; also organizing the Mega Brain on Substance Abuse prevention education exhibit for students coming to Monongalia County in 2024; and she is currently doing women’s ministry by way of teaching weekly Bible studies, as well as one-on-one discipleships, and organizing yearly women’s ministry retreats.  

As President of the organization, Deb is accountable to a Board of Directors.

She and her husband Rick of 40+ years, have two beautiful daughters, two amazing sons-in-law, and three fabulous granddaughters.

What We Do

Daughter of the King Ministries, Inc. promotes healthy lifestyles by:

  • teaching Bible Studies to all ages and groups on a weekly basis.
  • offering one-on-one discipleships in the study of The Word to encourage a deeper relationship with our Lord.
  • organizing community outreach events to educate and empower and equip all people to choose healthy lifestyles and grow spiritually toward a deeper relationship with our Lord.
  • distributing Bibles free of charge.
  • donating needed items to various charity organizations in our community to impact others with the love of God.
  • assisting students with financial help to obtain Christian education.
  •  praying for special needs.
